Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it obtained documents from the United States Air Force and the United States Secret Service detailing costs associated with Michelle Obama’s controversial August 2010 vacation to Spain. According to a Judicial Watch analysis, the records indicate a total combined cost of at least $467,585.

She got a vacation and she didn't pay for it. Fits the definition perfectly.

According to U.S. Department of Defense’s 2010 published hourly rates, the total cost of flying Michelle Obama and her guests from Camp Andrews to Malaga and then to Mallorca and back to the United States was $199,323.75. This is based on approximately 17 hours and 15 minutes of total flying time. The 15-member flight crew stayed at Tryp Guadalmar, a nearby motel. Lodging cost was $10,290.60 and car rental cost was $2,633.50. Food cost was $876.30, including $57.68 for four bottles of maple syrup and a package of pancake mix.

Smells Stinks as bad as just getting those student loans paid off a few years ago.

GSA Made Up Jackass Award

Officials at the General Services Administration invented fake awards as an excuse to hold taxpayer-funded dinner events at conferences, according to an interview transcript obtained by Roll Call.

At one such event, GSA bestowed the “jackass award” upon an employee, a GSA employee told the agency’s Office of Inspector General, according to the transcript.

The $823,000 grand they blew in Vegas cost a few folks their jobs, but the problem seems to be a little deeper than one conference.

“GSA has been using tax dollars as a slush fund to pay for lavish parties and exotic vacations. From what we’re learning, GSA has a whole laundry list of instances where they were abusing taxpayer dollars. This goes a lot farther and a lot deeper than what we’ve seen,” said Rep. Jeff Denham (R-Calif.), who chairs a Transportation and Infrastructure subpanel with jurisdiction over GSA.

This administration loves using tax dollars for fun, just ask Mooch.

(Aspen Daily News) — First Lady Michelle Obama arrived in Aspen on Friday afternoon and is here with her daughters for a ski vacation.

Few details about her trip were available. Sources said she is staying at the home of Jim and Paula Crown, owners of the Aspen Skiing Co. She is reportedly skiing at Buttermilk today, where the Crowns, of Chicago, own a home on the Tiehack side.

After a month of downsizing candy bars and shaping up our military, it was time for another vacation. Besides that last $4 million dollar jaunt was a month ago!

These people love to flaunt their extravagant (taxpayer funded) lifestyle. The taxpayer funded part is what sickens me the most.

The Wookie Burger?

BLT Steak describes its "Obama" burger as an 8-ounce American Kobe burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, burnt tomato ketchup, and scallion mustard.

Hypocrite's the lot of them.

"The Obama" is one of 5 burgers listed on the restaurant's "Political Burger Board." At $28, it is the second most expensive burger, right after "The Bi Partisan," which costs $32. The Bi Partisan is also an 8 ounce Kobe beef burger, topped with lobster, cheddar cheese and "black truffle buttermilk dressing."  The other three burgers--including "The Pork Barrel"--cost either $16 or $18.

I don't care who gets the Republican nomination anymore, I just want these two phonies gone.
